What types of support do you offer?

We offer a range of mental health support, both online and in-person, including:

  • 1:1 counselling sessions
  • Therapeutic workshops and group events
  • Online seminars on mental health, emotions, resilience, and growth
  • Self-help resources, like guided meditations and CBT tools
  • Community gatherings and support circles
  • A supportive Discord group to discuss issues, get advice from a professional, and make connections with others who understand

Whether you’re looking for personal therapy, skills-based learning, or a supportive space to connect with others, there’s something here for you.

What are the counselling sessions like?

Each session lasts 60 minutes and offers a calm, focused space to work through what’s going on in your life.

We’ll start with an open, supportive conversation about the issues that you're currently facing. You’ll have space to speak freely and be heard. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help slow down your thinking, untangle confusion, and guide you toward a clearer, more empowered perspective.

Along the way, I’ll introduce psychological concepts and practical tools drawing from approaches like ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) that we can apply right away to help you overcome the issue.

We won’t dwell on the past, but we will explore how your history may be influencing your present. The goal is to help you build mental flexibility so you can live more fully in the present, without fear of emotions, memories, or self-critical thoughts.

You can choose to book a one-off session or commit to ongoing weekly sessions, depending on what works best for you.

What issues can you help with?

We support people facing a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns, including:

  • Anxiety and panic
  • Depression and low mood
  • Stress, burnout, and overwhelm
  • Relationship or family challenges
  • Trauma and post-traumatic stress
  • Addiction or compulsive behaviours
  • Loneliness and isolation
  • Low self-esteem or confidence
  • Big life transitions or identity struggles

If something’s weighing on your mind, you don’t have to go through it alone.
