"City Calm was a grounding experience for me the sessions were affordable and gave me a safe space to work through things at my own pace. Over time I started to feel less stuck and more able to connect with people. Again it wasn't a quick fix but it helped me see things differently."
- Alex Thompson
"I attended Aadil's meditation workshops, and must say it was life-changing. I previously attended different meditation classes but never truly felt anything. This is the first time I felt a real meditation experience. I had a very positive impact on my health and especially on my work. My focus has drastically improved."
- Nisha Yadav
"I've enjoyed being a part of mediation and therapy sessions with City Calm. I felt safe letting my mind rest and the team make meditation so easy. As soon as I start feeling anxious, I start watching and counting my breath. I've made phenomenal progress and I've recommended sessions to most of my friends. I'm so thankful to have reached you!"

Whether you’re looking for personal therapy, skills-based learning, or a supportive space to connect with others, there’s something here for you.
What are the counselling sessions like?
Each session lasts 60 minutes and offers a calm, focused space to work through what’s going on in your life.
We’ll start with an open, supportive conversation about the issues that you're currently facing. You’ll have space to speak freely and be heard. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help slow down your thinking, untangle confusion, and guide you toward a clearer, more empowered perspective.
Along the way, I’ll introduce psychological concepts and practical tools drawing from approaches like ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) that we can apply right away to help you overcome the issue.
We won’t dwell on the past, but we will explore how your history may be influencing your present. The goal is to help you build mental flexibility so you can live more fully in the present, without fear of emotions, memories, or self-critical thoughts.
You can choose to book a one-off session or commit to ongoing weekly sessions, depending on what works best for you.
What issues can you help with?
We support people facing a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns, including:
