We explore the emotional impact of heartbreak from a trauma-informed perspective, and create space for honest sharing, emotional validation, and forward momentum. No toxic positivity, no pressure to “get over it”. Just grounded, gentle support to help you heal.

We developed a comprehensive awareness campaign aimed at educating the community on various mental health challenges and available support systems. This involved a series of workshops, social media promotions, and collaborations with local influencers to spread awareness and de-stigmatize mental health issues. The campaign successfully engaged thousands of residents and increased attendance at local support groups.

A series of interactive workshops designed for corporate clients to help employees effectively manage stress. Youth Mental Health Forum

This event was crafted to address mental health concerns among young people through engaging talks and panel discussions. Collaborating with schools and youth organizations, we provided a platform for young voices to be heard and offered resources tailored for adolescent mental health. This forum not only raised awareness but also equipped young attendees with tools to support their mental wellbeing.
