A weekly healing circle for those ready to move beyond survival mode. Trauma lives in the body and mind, and too often, we carry its weight in silence. This session is for anyone who has experienced emotional, relational, or life-threatening trauma and is looking for a safe, compassionate space to begin processing it.

You’ll be guided through gentle, trauma-informed practices including grounding exercises, reflective prompts, and body-based awareness techniques. With each session, you'll build resilience and learn tools to manage emotional overwhelm, triggers, and nervous system dysregulation.

We’re not here to rush your healing, only to remind you that transformation is possible.

In this session, you will:

 -> Learn how trauma affects your brain and body

 -> Practice regulation techniques (e.g., grounding, breathwork)

 -> Connect with others in a non-judgmental group setting

 -> Move from survival to empowerment at your own pace
