Each week, we explore a different theme loss, identity, control, acceptance through gentle discussion, mindfulness practice, and journaling. The emphasis isn’t on “moving on” quickly, but on creating space for release and renewal.

In this session, you will:

Mental Health Awareness Campaign

We developed a comprehensive awareness campaign aimed at educating the community on various mental health challenges and available support systems. This involved a series of workshops, social media promotions, and collaborations with local influencers to spread awareness and de-stigmatize mental health issues. The campaign successfully engaged thousands of residents and increased attendance at local support groups.

Stress Management Workshop Series

A series of interactive workshops designed for corporate clients to help employees effectively manage stress. Youth Mental Health Forum

This event was crafted to address mental health concerns among young people through engaging talks and panel discussions. Collaborating with schools and youth organizations, we provided a platform for young voices to be heard and offered resources tailored for adolescent mental health. This forum not only raised awareness but also equipped young attendees with tools to support their mental wellbeing.
